FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. HOW MUCH IS MY DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS IT DUE?
No matter the event, day, or time, deposits are 50% of overall cost. Deposits are due upon contract acceptance/signature and must be paid to secure a date.
2. CAN MY DEPOSIT BE BROKEN INTO SEVERAL PAYMENTS?
Unfortunately, deposits cannot be broken into several payments. 50% deposits are due up front at time of booking. The remaining balance, however, can be broken into three (3) separate payments (maximum). Payment schedules will be provided within the contract.
3. WHEN IS MY REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
The remainder of your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date or per your payment schedule provided in your contract.
4. CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?
Yes! Debit Card/Credit Cards and bank transfers are accepted forms of payment. Cash App payment may be made upon request and will require a 3.5% transaction fee in addition to your rental fee.
5. IS RENTAL INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Rental Insurance is required for events serving beer, wine, and liquor beverages. Although event insurance is not required for events without the presence of beer, wine, or liquor, it is strongly encouraged. Proof of rental insurance should be submitted to the venue at a minimum of 7 days prior to an event.
6. DO I HAVE TO USE A VENDOR OFF OF YOUR VENDOR LIST?
No, but we would highly recommend it! They are all vendors we have worked with before and have been incredibly impressed with.
7. WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ALCOHOL?
We do allow you to provide all of your own beer, wine, and hard liquor for your event! However, we do require that only licensed and insured bartenders service your event. Proof of license and insurance are required to be submitted to the venue at a minimum of 7 days prior to an event.
8. WHAT IS YOUR GUEST COUNT CAPACITY?
Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests' reception style, 65 guests cocktail style, and 75 guests' theatre style.
